-
MA psychology (Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi-2017)

Through my educational and professional experiences, I have trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic Existential approaches, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
My therapeutic style is pluralistic, meaning I draw on a range of modalities and techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all method in therapy, and having a diverse toolkit allows for a more flexible, client-centered approach. I am also in the process of starting a course in Psychodynamic Counselling from the Leicester Centre for Psychodynamic Counselling , which has long been an area of interest for me. I am in the process of working towards my accreditation as a counsellor in the UK.
